Last action: 2026-05-09 (keyframe marker styling)
- Repainted keyframe timeline markers from thin purple ticks → prominent red bars with flag-cap on top (4px wide, bleeds above/below timeline, soft red glow). Hover/drag/label states updated to match. Episode-card kf-row text + add-button hover also red for consistency.
- Round-trip backend check still passes (3 keyframes persisted+read back with labels) — visual change only, schema unchanged.
- Round-trip test file cleaned up.

Earlier today:
- Registered raw + overlay sister entries for dataset_20260509_105300 in mac_teleop (218 frames). Visually verified new baked-in viz: future-keypoints polyline + gripper sparkline.
- 28 datasets total, mac_teleop now 11 entries.

Pending follow-up:
- Mac agent offered to re-bake older datasets with the new viz — awaiting Cameron's call.
- frames_flat_with_traj viewer type still on the table.
