## 2026-06-02 — to manager: vault initial population pass done

Populated my slice of `/data/cameron/vault/`:

- `para/overview.md` — current state filled in (production arch = dino_kv sin/sin, 9.32 px headline, 15-demo YAM in-dist result, "head > backbone" surfaced as new paper claim, blockers = none critical)
- `para/goals.md` — venue/deadline placeholder + locked framing (3 promises, data-efficiency headline, DUSt3R inductive-bias setup, "head > backbone" added)
- `para/tasks.md` — 6 strategic workstreams with owners + lock deadlines (TRI Phase 1 OOD experiment is today's active thread; Phase 4 lead-task decision locks 2026-06-08)
- `fleet/agents/project_highlevel/{overview,tasks,memory}.md` — agent slice. `memory.md` is the highest-leverage file: pitch-language anti-patterns, "head > backbone" claim, bundling / anxiety-addition recurring patterns, locked-decisions index (UMI dropped, Panda abandoned, Onshape deferred to Month 4+).

Committed as one pass to vault git. Took ~25 min wall.
