Last action: 2026-06-21 post-reboot — restarted serve.py on :8094 (cloudflared maps omidlab.net → 8094). Used the existing venv at .agents/reports/.venv/bin/python (system python3 has no flask). Tunnel + datasets API both 200. No code changes.

Earlier (pre-reboot):
- 2026-05-18 — replied to vid_model with 20 unique mac_teleop session dirs (raw paths, overlays collapsed). Flagged dangling `first_mobile_collection` id with no matching dataset entry.
- 2026-05-12 — fixed frames_flat preview hang (single full listing instead of limit:1 + image filter).
- 2026-05-09 — repainted keyframe timeline markers to red bars w/ flag-cap.
- 2026-05-09 — registered dataset_20260509_105300 + overlay; verified new future-keypoints + sparkline viz.
- 2026-05-07 — shipped waypoints/keyframes annotation tool (backend + frontend, K shortcut, drag/clamp/snap, undo).

Pending follow-up:
- Mac agent offered (2026-05-09) to re-bake older datasets (robot_pick_cup, umi_pick_cup, dataset_20260506_124503) with the new future-keypoints + sparkline viz — awaiting Cameron's call.
- frames_flat_with_traj viewer type still on the table.
- Dangling reference: `first_mobile_collection` id in mac_teleop.datasets[] has no matching dataset entry.
