- Recovery **81% 🟢** (massive bounce from yesterday's 44%)
- HRV 44.2 ms (⬆ +7)
- RHR 50 bpm (⬇ -3)
- **Sleep 9.85 hrs** — one of the longest nights of the program, 86% perf, 93% eff
- REM 127 / Deep 137 — body went hard at repair
- 15 disturbances (cold tail still there but receding)

Body story: the 10:35pm bedtime + sleep-in + cold-fight pulled you out of yellow into deep green. The cold isn't 100% gone (skin temp still slightly elevated, disturbances still 15) but the curve is up.

You'd planned this as an off-day from TRI (per Tue note: "working Fri+Sat 7hrs to make up for Thu+Monday"). The 81% green gives flexibility — but the planned off was for cold recovery, which is still finishing. Yellow body → "work" instinct, green body → "yes catch up", but the cold tail says still take it easy.
