**Three self-coined frames in the two weeks since we last talked:**

1. **$10K/day frame** (Day 18) — extended Day 27 to a third leg: *"make the work reflect that"*. Not just urgency + presence, now also **quality-bar**. Would the successful me accept this paragraph? If not, level it.

2. **Success inevitable → self as main product** (Day 21) — a vacation day isn't neglect of the startup; it's *capex on the asset (me)*. The startup is an output. I'm the asset. This closed the detach-guilt loop for the SF trip.

3. **Love life vs love my life** (Day 27) — *"I love life but I don't love my life."* Content ≠ actually loving this life. Bridge: cap work at 8hrs (9th hour is diminishing returns), go out ~1hr near-every night, dial fashion/shape/diet.

**Landing headline: I'm generating frames now, not receiving them.** Three in two weeks. Each solving a specific loop the earlier ones left open. That's the shift I want to name.

- **The "not exciting enough social life here" feeling** (Sat night) — real data. Not sure if it's honest signal (field is too narrow) or low-state story-making (comparing against fantasy). Need help distinguishing.
- **Salon haircut still parked at 19 days.** The deferral itself is the data — small-stake aesthetic self-investment keeps slipping. What's underneath?
- **Late-night device time on weekends** — Sat night past 12am directly cost Sun REM (Whoop confirmed). Same pattern as Mon 6/29 (12:21am bed → 35pt drop). Weekends are the risk zone now.

Combined with the oscillation observation: the state cycles within hours. **The practice = noticing which state I'm in, and when in the high state, radiating outward without hoarding it.** When in the low state, not making a story about it. But — HOW do I inhabit the high state more consistently? That's what I want to work on Weeks 5-6.
