## 2026-06-13 (Sat) — Day 1 of program

**Morning to early afternoon:** alone, felt tense.

**~Midday — matcha with Arsh.** Much more present with him. The shift happened around being with another person.

**Late afternoon — pickleball with Yunxuan and her friend, then dinner.** Felt very present with them — enjoyed the sunset, the environment, the play. The lightness landed during this.

**End-of-day read:** the work-mind got quieter as the day went on through being with people. Felt lighter by evening. Reinforces the integration insight — *prioritize self/being with people first, work benefits.*

## 2026-06-14 (Sun) — Day 2

**Morning walk — good morning to every passerby (Pillar 4 experiment).** Some ignored, one or two reacted oddly (I laughed it off and let it go), many said good morning back. More relaxed than I was, but tone still a little tense — want to speak with more intention. Bay reads less social than LA.

**Midday — pickleball + soccer with 2 friends from Toyota.** Fun. Real interaction. Body engaged, social engaged. Noticed the same conversational tension (struggle to stay relaxed + focused while talking to someone) — this is the high-stakes Pillar 4 practice, the layer below "say good morning."

## 2026-06-16 (Tue) — Day 4

**Lunch — with David (MIT friend) + Elliot (met there).** Pretty good. David arrival landed — real social anchor in the Bay. Noted self-observation today: pull to be overly joking / clownish to relieve tension; trying to drop it.
