Body story: **impressive resilience data.** 2hrs of pickleball + 5.2 hrs sleep, and body STILL climbed 10 points. RHR back to 48-floor, HRV recovering. The rebound is real. BUT — 5.2hrs + 17.9 strain is a formula that compounds if repeated. Today's tune: got away with it once, don't test it twice.
