Body story: **called it** — stacked gym + pickleball on 61% recovery = 12-point drop this morning despite 8.75hrs sleep. The volume was there; the load absorbed it. 22 disturbances says body was actively processing. Deep 134 = actual repair happening. Today's job = **give the body a break**, or Thu deadline fails.
