### Morning — Sleep update

Slightly late again but better than the worst nights. Sleeping at Izzy's tonight so will sleep earlier. Incremental progress on the sleep pattern.

### Mindset for today

**"I can't imagine not having fun. I have fun with everything I do. I'm so relaxed."**

Stop walking around like a stiff stick. Loosen the grip. When you relax and have fun, everything becomes easier and better. That's the focus today — not grinding, not being tightly wound. Just enjoying the work.

### Today's plan

- **Meetings:** TRI meeting + advisor meeting
- **Research:** EEF design, prep meeting notes while it's printing
- **Gym:** Rows + hammer curls, then volleyball 8-9pm
- **Food:** One main big meal for the day
- **Evening:** Volleyball → Izzy's → sleep early

### Tomorrow (Tuesday) — Logistics priorities

1. **File taxes on TurboTax** — do it quickly, don't overthink it
2. **Ask dad to send car insurance proof** → then go to DMV for registration renewal
