### Fitness evolution — martial arts + serious lifting

Adding to the training stack:
- **Kickboxing** — USC has classes on campus. Start with 1-2x/week.
- **Sprinting** — incorporate 1 day/week
- **Lift heavier and more seriously**

The goal isn't just aesthetics anymore. It's building energy, excitement, testosterone, and confidence for the whole day. Martial arts especially — the kind of thing that makes you carry yourself differently.

**New weekly training vision:**
- Lifting (serious, heavy) — 3-4x
- Kickboxing — 1-2x
- Sprinting — 1x
- Volleyball — as scheduled
- Daily movement / steps
