## Robot push (Sat + Sun)
Pushed really hard both weekend days.

**Progress:**
- Video model + PARA data recording: running, ready to deploy
- Aruco-box UMI gripper: ready to print
- Robot arm: built but mechanical issues — EEF gripper not strong enough, causing instability in recording/deploy

**Today's home blockers:**
- Servo board stopped responding
- 3D printer stopped working
- → Both have backups on campus (spare servo board + working printer there)

## Today's plan
Forcing function from the hardware failures at home: today becomes a non-robot day.
- Friday presentation prep
- Meditate
- Workout
- **Funeral memorial at 6pm**

Two hard weekend days back-to-back. Today is a forced reset and that's probably exactly right.
