## Morning state
- Slept in with morning intimacy with Izzy. Nice.
- Still recovering from a wired and weird-feeling weekend.
- Happy to be back on campus.

- Spare servo board confirmed working
- Recorded a dataset
- Training run launching now
- 2 print jobs running
- When print finishes: cross-embodiment aruco board run

**Today's goal:** First experiments deployed back on the robot — finally running on the new arm.

- Heavy lifting day
- Eat well

## Notes
After yesterday's gutter, today is a clean execution day. Hardware unblocked, working solo on the new arm, real data flowing. This is the build cadence he wanted.
