- docs/gantry/BILL_OF_MATERIALS.md — full buildable parts list: 2040/2020 extrusion cut lengths, MGN12 rails,
  3x NEMA17, T8 leadscrew+nut (vertical), GT2 belt/pulley/idler kit, BTT SKR + TMC2209 + 24V PSU + endstops,
  the printed parts (motor mounts, carriage plates, nut-block), ~$250 total (excl. the 4 STS3215 on hand).
## Next
- Wrist mount bracket (gantry Y-carriage -> 4-DOF servo wrist), the one TODO printed part in the BOM.
- Then wire carriage_plate into the motorized URDF + endstop/limit reps.
